Steps of making Giyalching, Giyal (sig)


Giyalching : Giyal(plr.Giyalching) is a local bread-variant of Yasin specially made by made mixing wheat flour with water, milk and eggs. The baked "Giyal "is then drenched in oil(of locally made butter) before it is served. Giyal is mostly prepared during festive events.
